3. Quote
After we have found matching products, we will send you a quotation with the specification details, including the delivery charges. If you need further clarification on the quote, please feel free to contact us.
4. Sample
Please request a sample if you need it. Depending on the type of sample, some charges may incur.
5. Order
Once you are clear and satisfied with the quotation, production lead time, and minimum order quantity (MOQ), please send us an official purchase order. Depending on the types of products, we may require a certain prepayment to secure your order.
6. Deliver
Although the delivery time may be longer, for competitive product pricing, we will recommend you sea shipping. Sometimes, the shipments are delay due to the weather, congestion at the port, or stuck at custom clearance. You may contact us from time to time to check the latest status. After the cargo reaches the port, we will proceed with customs clearance and delivery to your designated location. If you need proof of delivery (POD), please let us know and we will provide it. If you have urgent orders and are willing to bear the air courier cost, we are able to arrange for the air freight.
7. After Sales
After the delivery is complete, we will follow up with you on the products’ pros and cons and usage condition so that we can suggest the product improvements. You may also contact us if you face any problems with the product.
